We identified a large variety of product requirements with our clientele which was not being met with the current product offering in South Africa. For this reason Hygichem decided to expand their product items to include ranges of Disposable Workwear, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as well as cleaning equipment. HACCP standards have become crucial in the food and beverage sector and Hygichem was the company that could meet all the requirements with their products to ensure that these standards can easily be maintained and adhered to. Over and above supplying goods and services Hygichem further expanded into offering assistance with cleaning schedules, General Manufacturing Procedures (GMP) and training to ensure that clients not only meet by exceed the requirements for HACCP audits.

Hygichem has also been fortunate enough to acquire the agencies for Milfos together with Milchem to further expand our offering within the industrial chemical range. We have also grown our range of 2-series colour coded cleaning equipment, a large variety of disposable workwear, personal protective equipment, the most needed and demanded packing material together with a wide variety of pumps. With its extensive product range and service offering Hygichem can proudly offer their clients everything they need to ensure their hygiene requirements are met and up to the high standards demanded. Even though we now have clients as far afield as Namibia and have expanded into the Free State as well as KwaZulu our main focus remains our core clients (some who have been with us for over 13 years now) in the Boland/Overberg region.
